Fiè allo Sciliar has been a renowned bath station in the Dolomites for more than a century.
The Hotel Heubad, opened in 1903 at the base of the Alpe di Siusi, was one of the first establishments to offer guests hay baths, a traditional treatment that continues to draw lovers of a healthy lifestyle.
Since 2005 Planit has been providing its products to the hotel thanks to its collaborations with the architects Ortner&Gröber and the interior designer Bea Mitterhofer, responsible for the different phases of refurbishment and renovation of the hotel.
For our first commission, in 2005, we supplied Quadro shower trays and Terrace vanity tops. Recently, in 2019, for the new guest bathrooms designed by the architects, we installed made-to-measure Unico shower trays and Libra vanity tops.
Each piece is realised in Corian® Glacier White, a material that the hotel’s owner, the Kompatscher family, and its guests, have come to appreciate for its hygienic properties and simple maintenance, not to mention its impeccable design.
