House MP, overlooking Lake Caldonazzo in Trentino Alto Aldige, is a space for enjoyment and relaxation, the two opposites that inspired the entire project. The furnishings are an alternation of solids and voids in a balanced array of materials such as oak, a vegetal element, and light grey or dove-grey plaster, a mineral element. White Corian® serves as the trait d’union. In the kitchen it integrates and conceals the downdraft exhaust fan in the work surface, helping to define a rarefied atmosphere. In the bathroom it creates a space for relaxing with a cool elegance, whose warmth is only ever a touch away. The Linea shower trays and panels cladding the bathtub are both in Corian® Glacier White, while the Sirio vanity tops, complete with an opening for towels, are in Corian®. Each Planit element was custom-made for the project.
